RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your package. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Customized items cannot be returned as they are customized to specifically fit the client and where made in agreement between Creativebee Designs and the customer.

RETURN PROCESS

Items sent without request for a return will not be accepted. To return an item, please email [email protected] to put in a request for return. Once your return is accepted, Place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and with all its original tags and labels attached and mail your return to the following address:

Items may not be returned due to shipment delays that are beyond Creativebee Designs’ control. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
